Relieving Stress
        Well let's see ---Eat chocolate, close your eyes and listen to relaxing music.
Or someone suggested getting a box of wooden skewers, take one out and whack
it against a piece of wood. The small breaking of the skewer is a surprising stress reliever.
 (Or against someone's head. By the time you stopped running your stress would be gone.)
