Always Changing
You can't step in the same river twice
For each moment it is changing.
Just like our lives in every way
Our emotions always ranging.
You can't go back to yesterday
Or change what happened then.
But you can always learn new paths
And always begin again.
We ever strive for happiness
Searching very hard
Yet most often it is found
In our very own backyard.
