   JUST A FEW MORE TIPS---
                    Read a good book
                    Try a new recipe.
                    Mow your sick neighbor's lawn.
                    Adopt a pet.
                    Be positive and be happy, it's good for your health.
                    Look forward to each day. It's a gift.
                    And finally ---
                   Close your eyes at night, and think of all the good things that God has done for you.
